We create leaders in our African American Leadership Development Program.

AALDP is a 10-month "journey" dedicated to the mission of creating a learning environment where participants are challenged to explore new leadership concepts and insights that will benefit African Americans at work and in the community.

Now with over 400 graduates, AALDP is designed for African Americans of all ages, professions, walks of life, and life experiences who are willing to commit to a rigorous examination of critical issues affecting the African American Community.

The program attracts and retains individuals while building a strong network of effective leaders who model the characteristics needed to serve their corporations and communities. AALDP also maintains a strong and active alumni association that routinely networks with fellow graduates for community insights and professional expertise.
