The Suit Drive Aims To Provide Work-Appropriate Wardrobes To Those Looking To Re-Enter the Workforce

SOAR^SM is the League’s flagship job readiness training program. We work with individuals to review prior behavior and work habits to help them understand what they may be doing to sabotage their own career success. We provide no cost job placement assistance upon graduation from SOAR^SM.

Once this free three-week program is completed, job placement assistance is provided.
