SOARSM - Solid Opportunities for Advancement and RetentionSM
SOARSM is the League’s flagship job readiness training program. We work with individuals to review prior behavior and work habits to help them understand what they may be doing to sabotage their own career success. We provide no cost job placement assistance upon graduation from SOARSM.
Once this free three-week program is completed, job placement assistance is provided.
